We all want to move beyond just coping with our daily stress to a healthier place of resilience and thriving.   This course reveals the evidence-based tools and habits that will help you transform stress into an opportunity for greater health and productivity.  Learn the 5 C’s of Resilience and experience how mind-body practices can support your healthy intentions.

 

Participants who come ready to fully engage in self-reflection and group exercises will leave committed to take action for success.

Workshop Facilitator, Sandy Salvo, is trained through the National Wellness Institute (NWI), in collaboration with Organizational Wellness Learning Systems (OWLS), in a new system that integrates NWI's 6 Dimensions of Wellness model with the concepts of stress, resilience, and thriving.

On a recent trip to New Zealand we learned about the Koru image (Māori for "loop or coil"), a spiral shape based on the appearance of a new unfurling silver fern frond. As an integral symbol in Māori art, the Koru symbolizes new life, growth, strength and peace as daily possibilities for each of us as we 'begin anew'.
